This year the International Festival of Glass is also joining glass organisations worldwide for the UN International Year of Glass 2022 and explore how this amazing material has changed our lives for the better.

Since its inception in 2004 the Festival’s aim has been to celebrate and showcase the skill and innovation of the glass industry and makers, both historic and contemporary, local and international.
The 2022 festival will explore contemporary glassmaking Korea, Japan, China and Taiwan.
