Organised by World Crafts Council Asia Pacific Region (WCC-APR), in collaboration with the National Council for Culture, Arts & Letters (NCCAL) and hosted by the Government of Kuwait this exhibition will take place during the 25th Qurain Festival, 2019.
The Kuwait government are funding up to 18 makers to have a stall and participate in an exhibition as part of the festival. Please note that makers will be expected to travel to Kuwait and exhibit/sell their work for the duration of the festival (4-5 days).
After receiving applications the WCC Europe board will review and make recommendations to WCC-APR. Makers work should be of high quality for exhibition and also suitable for sale. While it is hoped that this will be a commercial opportunity for all involved, WCCE cannot guarantee sales performances.

Artisans will be present throughout the event to engage with visitors and demonstrate their skill. Visitors will be given the opportunity to observe first-hand the care and skill involved in creating each object through live demonstrations.
