Trade Fair for Designunikate in Karlsruhe
8th to 10th June 2018
7th June 2018: Vernissage for invited guests
The trend to surround, clothe, or adorn ourselves with things that underscore our personal likes and dislikes is the opposite trend towards ever more uniform products. The EUNIQUE offers unique furniture, interior design, objects such as lamps or sculptures, jewelery as well as fashion and accessories.
The next EUNIQUE trade fair for design uniforms will once again offer an exceptional presentation and sales platform for designers and their customers in 2018. It will take place from 8 to 10 June 2018 at the Karlsruhe Exhibition Center. More information can be found at: https://www.eunique.eu
> EUNIQUE Award
A highlight of the fair is the presentation of the EUNIQUE-Award, which is jointly sponsored by the Federal Association of Arts and Crafts and the Karlsruhe Trade Fair and Congress Corporation (KMK). The award stands for artistic excellence in contemporary crafts and author design – on an international level. A prestigious jury will make their selection and the award will be presented during the EUNIQUE 2018 ceremony.
> Special exhibition JUST PLASTICS … new uses
This year’s EUNIQUE will once again feature a special exhibition dedicated to a specific area of materials. The focus this year is on a very modern material area – the plastic. The exhibition is initiated and organized jointly by the Karlsruher Messegesellschaft and the BK. The curator and the scenography was taken over by the graduate designer Andrea Basse.
> Get-Together for BK members
Once again this year we would like to meet with our members for an informal get-together after the fair at EUNIQUE. We look forward to welcoming as many of our members as possible to our information stand next to the special JUST PLASTICS exhibition on the Saturday, June 9, 2018, starting at 7 pm.
